Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Bookings

By engaging the services of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  • Intellectual Property: All photographs, videos, or images captured during the provision of services are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros. The client acknowledges that Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros has the right to use, reproduce, and publish such images for promotional purposes on various web platforms and social media to advertise the photographer’s services.
  • Authorized Use: The client grants Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros the irrevocable permission to use the captured images for the purpose of promoting and showcasing the photographer’s portfolio across different mediums, including but not limited to websites and social media.
  • Confidentiality: Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros is committed to respecting the client’s privacy and will not use the images in a way that compromises the confidentiality or privacy of the photographed subjects.
  • Non-Exclusivity: The client understands that Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros may use the images in a non-exclusive manner, allowing the photographer to continue offering services to other clients without restrictions.
  • Chargebacks and Credits: The client acknowledges that these services are a custom made product and any chargebacks or credits to the clients credit card or debit card are at the sole discretion of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros.
  • No Shows and Late Arrivals: The client acknowledges that these services are a custom made product set up on a specified day and time and there are no refunds for no shows or late arrivals. Any chargebacks or credits to the clients credit card or debit card are at the sole discretion of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros.
  • Inclement Weather: Bad weather is always a possibility. If for some reason the shoot cannot take place due to bad weather Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros will do their best to reschedule later in the same day or within the next 72 hours. Any chargebacks or credits to the clients credit card or debit card due to bad or inclement weather are at the sole discretion of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros.
