Demonstrative Evidence Production

Digital Pictures assists lawyers in preparing demonstrative aides and evidence for trial and have been hired multiple times by a variety of attorneys and municipalities to assist them prepare for trial. We provide surveillance tactics, forensic video analysis, video format conversions and are equipped to attend and present video evidence in State and Federal Courts. Video Depositions

We arrive equipped to mic up to four (4) people using individual lavalier microphones that are clipped onto a lapel. That is enough for one witness and three attorneys. We also bring along a standard black or white background for the primary subject. We are self contained, discreet and professional capturing quality sound and video media.

Access

Videographer requires access to the location the video deposition will be held a minimum of 60 minutes (1 hour) before the scheduled start of the deposition. The location must be under cover and have reasonable proximity to standard electrical power sources.

Deliverables

Digital Pictures will deliver video media of your choosing from the following formats (.mov, .mp4. and DVD) and audio files from the following formats (.aif. mp3. and .wav). Normal delivery is 7 to 10 business days from the date of the deposition. Expedited Service of 3-5 days available.

Rates & Hours

Video deposition rates: a $325 appearance fee, plus $115 per hour or any portion thereof. The minimum appearance fee applies. 

Demonstrative evidence production and all other projects, rates are based on half-day (up to 5 hours) and full-day (up to 10 hours) bookings. Overtime is billed at time and a half, with an hourly rate of $250. Minimum booking for demonstrative work is a half day. All projects are estimated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

For video depositions, cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date will incur the minimum appearance fee of $325. No fee applies if cancellation is received  7 or more business days in advance and confirmed in writing.

For demonstrative or other legal video production, cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled shoot will be charged the full booked rate. No cancellation fee applies if notice is given 10 or more business days before the shoot day.

Payment

Invoice payable at completion on all accounts. Rates published are cash rates. We prefer Zelle but also accept Venmo , CashApp and most major credit cards. Venmo , CashApp and credit card payments incur an additional 3.75% to the total balance due. First time clients must pay C.O.D.

Storage

Digital Pictures will keep a digital copy at no charge for up to one year, however we are not responsible for any loss of media for any reason whatsoever.
