Yes. Please note that the promotional prices of $250, $350 and $500 only applies at the following locations: On the beach directly behind the Hilton Cabana, the Casablanca or the MB Hotel. These locations are on Collins Avenue between 63rd and 65th Streets in Miami Beach, FL.
What is the difference between the $250, the $350 and the $500 photo shoot?
The difference between them is time and the number of color corrected images you receive. The $250 session is the express 30 minute photo session. The $350 session is 45 minutes. With the $500 option you get an hour and have time to make an outfit change.

Who is our photographer?
The photographer’s name is David Siqueiros and his biobio can be viewed here. He has been around the world on many assignments and he will without a doubt create some of the best photos of you and for you that you will ever get in your life.
Where is the meeting point?
For our special rates the meeting point is on the beach directly behind with the Hilton Cabana, the Casablanca or the MB Hotel.
Is there parking available?
Yes, but it is tricky. There is a public parking lot on Collins Ave on the left just past the gas station after you cross 63rd Street and Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33141. The parking entrance is easy to miss and is directly across the street from the Akoya Condominiums. Valet parking is always an option at the Hilton Cabana and Casablanca. If you’re driving your own car, make sure you arrive early, as parking can be more difficult to find. Give yourself a good 30 minutes before your shoot start time to make sure you have enough time to get on the beach.
Can I choose the time and day I want for my photo session?
If you click on the BOOK NOW button on our website, you can choose the session you would like and then a day and time for your photo session.
When do you send me the photos?
After your shoot we will publish a web gallery. Then you choose the photos you would like (the number of photos is according to the contracted plan), and in 2 business days you will have your photos sent to you in full resolution via digital delivery to your email address ready to download full resolution image files.
What if I am late to the shoot?
We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before your appointment. If it is possible to wait for you we will but that depends on our schedule that day. If your photo shoot is on the weekend, we recommend taking Uber or another ride share option of your choice.
What happens if I want to take the photos in a location other than the one at the Hilton Cabana?
No problem! The cost of the photo session is the non-discounted price, at any location in the 33139, 33140 or the 33141 zip codes in Miami Beach, FL.

Editing of the Photographs
Once the photo session is finished, we will publish a web page all of the photos, so that you can choose the photos that you like the most. Depending on the plan that you choose, you will obtain that amount of edited photos. The editions are manual and detailed, correcting brightness, contrast, saturation. We produce incredible photos that will leave a memory for a lifetime.
Location
We use a beautiful spot on the beach directly behind the hotel. It is a quiet and relaxed environment perfect for your photos. To guarantee a competitive price, we offer this location with a discount from the regular value. We recommend that you take advantage of this location in order to get the maximum discount, however if you would like to take your photos in another location, we are delighted to be able to do this for you too just a regular rates.

- Intellectual Property: All photographs, videos, or images captured during the provision of services are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros. The client acknowledges that Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros has the right to use, reproduce, and publish such images for promotional purposes on various web platforms and social media to advertise the photographer’s services.
- Authorized Use: The client grants Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros the irrevocable permission to use the captured images for the purpose of promoting and showcasing the photographer’s portfolio across different mediums, including but not limited to websites and social media.
- Confidentiality: Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros is committed to respecting the client’s privacy and will not use the images in a way that compromises the confidentiality or privacy of the photographed subjects.
- Non-Exclusivity: The client understands that Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros may use the images in a non-exclusive manner, allowing the photographer to continue offering services to other clients without restrictions.
- Chargebacks and Credits: The client acknowledges that these services are a custom made product and any chargebacks or credits to the clients credit card or debit card are at the sole discretion of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros.
- No Shows and Late Arrivals: The client acknowledges that these services are a custom made product set up on a specified day and time and there are no refunds for no shows or late arrivals. Any chargebacks or credits to the clients credit card or debit card are at the sole discretion of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros.
- Inclement Weather: Bad weather is always a possibility. If for some reason the shoot cannot take place due to bad weather Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros will do their best to reschedule later in the same day or within the next 72 hours. If the weather is so bad we cannot shoot you will get a refund but any chargebacks or credits to the clients credit card or debit card due to bad or inclement weather are at the sole discretion of Digital Pictures Corp and/or David Siqueiros.
