There is motion where life coexists with idle moments.
Whatever you do just keep fighting!
I have animated these images, to share with everybody, into a collection I call “Motion ArtMotion Art” #DayBreaks represent hope and everybody needs to have hope and something to look at that takes them to a place where hope exists. I want my mind open and clear, for actions that are reflective and balanced.
I regularly hear from people who see my #DayBreaks that they appreciate the way it makes them feel when the look at one. They tell me their stress lifts and they feel positive again. These are the ultimate compliments for me because something I made evoked an emotion from a fellow human being.
Coronavirus has made some unreasonable demands.
A study by the Washington, DC-based Brookings InstitutionA study by the Washington, DC-based Brookings Institution estimates that the US creative industry will suffer 2.7 million job losses and $150 billion in lost revenue as a result of the Covid shutdown. And that is just the creative industry. I feel it 100% and I am sure others do too. Not a million or billion dollar club I ever wanted to be in.
Caught in a stressful phase, unable to step back, take a breath and chill achieving balance is a never-ending dance especially in the culture where doing and having is more valued than being.
Hardships, obstacles and family obligations are challenging. At times it seems like the world is conspiring against me. I know it isn’t. I am simply experiencing life on its own terms, not mine.
I felt like I was going crazy so I made a one task “to-be” list alongside my “to-do” list.
In these recent times that have seemed empty and needless, survival strategies and solutions that have been there all along in some embryonic form have been given space to come to life.
I create an image, and then animate it, that I can look at and meditate, pray or just contemplate the universe by making time to witness a miracle and be part of a #Daybreak as much as possible.
I am mindfully present in a time where life coexists with idle moments.
I am creating something for nothing except for the sheer pleasure of it and I hope someone, who feels like I do, sees these images can experience a few minutes of “chill time” and offset the effects of stress, anxiety and depression.
The more #Daybreaks I create the more I center on the quiet places within me. I access a calm state even in these challenging times of upheaval. I find a peaceful and centered mental state. I made this motion collection for all to see. Watch some #DaybreaksWatch some #Daybreaks and still your mind!

If organizations focus on well-being, employee productivity can skyrocket.
If your organization has employees with anxiety and depression there are steps you can take to manage on site job stress and help them be more productive. Putting on the brakes and temporarily stepping away from reality refills dwindling reservoirs, and replenishes mojos.
During the workday when employees get caught in the stress of the moment, give them a way to step back, take a breath and chill. Achieving balance between the gas (doing the job) and brakes (being in the moment) is never-ending.
Just five minutes of “chill time” can offset the effects of stress.
Meditating a minimum of 5 minutes a day is a good thing to do. Provide employees elbowroom to stretch and deep breathe between appointments, time to clear their heads.
Help employees practice stilling their hurried minds and center on the quiet places within them. When you’re peaceful and centered, your heart and respiratory rates slow down. Muscles loosen.
